Whether you are buying or selling a home, you should always include the services of a certified home inspector. As a certified inspector by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) I must:

  • Pass the InterNACHI’s online Inspector Examination annually
  • Adhere to the industry’s Code of Ethics abided by InterNACHI
  • Successfully complete the required annual continuing education courses set forth by InterNACH

A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of a residential dwelling and is designed to identify observed material defects. Components may include any combination of mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing, or other essential systems or portions of the home, as identified and agreed to by the Client and Inspector, prior to the inspection process.

A home inspection is intended to assist in the evaluation of the overall condition of the dwelling. The inspection is based on an unbiased observation of the visible and apparent condition of the structure and its components on the date of inspection. The inspector cannot provide a prediction of future conditions.

I provide the highest level of professional home inspection and commercial inspection services available. I will spend more time inspecting and talking with you about my findings during this process than most inspectors do. You’ll get an education on the property if you accompany me on the day of the home inspection. My written report is provided in an efficient manor with photos and we will discuss what I’ve found in a way that puts the property and its condition into perspective. I will take the time to answer your questions so you are comfortable with your life’s biggest purchase. We will discuss your repair options and costs generally, so you know what is involved. Also you can call me anytime afterwards with any questions that may come up, after you have viewed your report.
